I first discovered life coaching over 13 years ago.
I was struggling. But, I didn’t need therapy. I needed help moving forward with my life.
With the support of my coach, I became a more confident, self-sufficient, and empowered version of myself.
The experience inspired me to become a certified coach so I could help others take back their power and create the lives they want.
